Research on the Characteristics of Acoustic Emission Activities of Granite and Marble under Different Loading Methods

Abstract At present, there is no corresponding standard for the engineering application of rock acoustic emission technology. To better apply technology to practice, in this paper, characteristics different samples marble and granite under uniaxial compression were analyzed by indoor test, factors affecting rocks are studied, failure mechanism damage discussed. The research contents include analyzing curve fitting relationship between event rate, number events, stress time, study similarities differences granite; analysis based on parameters; Felicity ratio level during cyclic loading, applicability studying Kaiser effects rocks; variation rate peak intensity loading methods rates. results show that has experienced initial compaction zone, rising falling two kinds have phenomena stages, duration each stage also different; before instability rocks, a quiet period emission, higher strength, longer period, which means calm can be used as precursor feature mass disaster prediction; process rock, development law divided into three stages: stage, stable stage. When effect did not appear stresses 20%, 20% 70% obvious. exceeds 80% value, fails, appears; affects increase leads aggravated damage. theoretical stress-strain reasonably reflect actual combining events with model. consistent verifies inevitable rock.
